Welcome to Wedgewood Estates Subdivision Homeowners' Association. Wedgewood Estates was established in 1995. The community is comprised of 256 homes and is located approximately 35 miles southwest of Chicago in Plainfield, Illinois.

The subdivision is in the Plainfield Park District and is located in the Plainfield School District 202. Students attend Wesmere Elementary School, Drauden Point Middle School, and Plainfield South High School.

Wedgewood Estates has a Plainfield, IL. mailing address but is incorporated by Joliet, IL. This gives the subdivision all Joliet services, including Police, Fire and EMS.

The north entrance to Wedgewood Estates is at the intersection of Caton Farm Rd. and Pebble Beach Drive and runs south to Brighton Lane on Pebble Beach. The park district maintains the park on St. Andrews Drive. The Wedgewood Estates Homeowners’ Association maintains but does not own the entrance to our subdivision. The homeowners surrounding the ponds are the owners of the land. The Association is the caretaker of the ponds and the surrounding areas. The board can provide you with a drawing of the subdivision as well as copies of governing documents and guidelines for property modifications.

Homeowners should login to TownSquare to access account and resident information. The HOA Board consists of up to 7 members who are appointed for a two year term by a majority vote of the homeowners.
